Log into your PENTAX account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Carefully pack the camera body, lenses, or accessories in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
